Here it is, the complete and final front and back cover for Geosynchron. Art, of course, by the peerless Stephan Martiniere, cover design by Prometheus’ Jacqueline Cooke, back cover copy by Yours Truly. Click to see a larger version.
It’s worth reminding folks that the book comes out in late February, 2010 (but is already available for pre-order at all of your favorite book shopping venues).
Fantastic, as one expects from a Pyr cover. Also, GREAT set of blurbs on the back.
Were you (or your literary agents) in any way influenced when choosing the title, by William Gibsons latest work that features Geo Syncronisation as a term and practice of 3d artwork with refernce to Geo location?
P.S. After reading this question over I feel I must add that I´m not accusing you or your literary agents of anything, just curious about influences.
Thor: I’ve had this title in mind since around 2005 or 2006, before Gibson’s Spook Country came out. Don’t know that there’s any direct correlation. (That said, I’m a huge Gibson fan, and I loved Spook Country, as I love the rest of his books.)
